Since the stimulation of DAD1R is carefully linked to the enhancement of dopaminergic neurotransmission from the brain, bringing about the reinforcing effects of drugs [31,32], we investigated whether or not the pharmacological prevention of DAD1R alters the reinforcing results of ?-PEA employing a self-administration paradigm.
